Ravioli might seem daunting and preparing artichokes too hard, but it’s really just a matter of knowing where to start. Angela Palermo will take you from the very basics of pasta making to rolling out shaping, filling and cooking ravioli. Learn to prepare artichokes to get to the prized heart to make an exceptionally delicious spring filling. Angela will also discuss seasonal variations and sauces.
