Preparing delicious, nutritional meals for the whole family to enjoy is challenging, especially when juggling work, family and life. I found the only solution is to plan ahead. Mapping out a weekly menu plan eliminates ‘fast food’ eating, helps with the grocery shopping, as well as saving time and money.
To assist, I have provided you with a Kids Menu Plan that is suitable for the whole family! I devised this menu plan with summer ingredients in mind. I know what you’re thinking – it’s the last day of summer – and yes that is correct, but I say better late then never. Additionally, this menu plan is full of great recipes and meal ideas that are very current.
The menu plan provided covers breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner with optional dessert. The meals underlined indicate that a recipe has been provided. It is a suggestion guide and one that you can use as you like. (Please note that this menu has not been catered for intolerance’s to gluten, diary, nuts, eggs – although there are some meals in the menu that are suitable).
