Making handmade pasta is such a rewarding experience in the kitchen, and easy too!

You will learn how to make traditionally authentic Italian pasta shapes (such as Orecchiette, Cavatelli & Pici) using a very easy egg-less pasta dough recipe (perfect for Vegans). You will be amazed at how easy it is to create an authentic Italian pasta dish using few ingredients and with little time needed.
