Due to the recent government restrictions surrounding social distancing for the COVID-19 pandemic, this class has been scheduled for 4 attendees only. This class will only go ahead pending the phase and restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 virus.

Join me for a great day making authentic Gnocchi.

You will learn how to make two authentic gnocchi doughs; the traditional and ever popular potato gnocchi, along with ricotta gnocchi. In addition, we will prepare sughi (sauces) to compliment our gnocchi dishes. We will end the day by sitting alfresco style to enjoy the fruits of our labour (our gnocchi) with a class of vino.

Angela is very excited to be bringing back a series of Italian Regional cooking and baking workshops for 2021 to celebrate her Italian heritage!

“I am extremely excited to be exploring the cooking and baking of all the regions of Italy. Our first destination for 2021 is Puglia! We may not be able to fly there for a while, but we can dream and escape to Puglia through the art of food at The Village Cooks.” 

Join me for a 3 course Pugliese inspired lunch. We will cook and bake 3 meals typical of the southern Italian region – Puglia.
