You will learn how to make traditionally authentic Italian pasta shapes (such as Orecchiette, Capunti & Gnocchetti) using a very easy egg-less pasta dough recipe (perfect for Vegans). You will be amazed at how easy it is to create an authentic Italian pasta dish using few ingredients and with little time needed. Preserving: Tomatoes – Sunday, 10 March 2019

It’s the season for preserving TOMATOES! In this workshop, you will learn how to preserve tomatoes in three traditional Italian ways: Salsa di Pomodori (Tomato Passata), Pomodori Pelati (Bottled Peeled Tomatoes), & Tomato Relish. You will no longer need to purchase tinned tomatoes or bottled tomato passata. You will be thrilled at how easy & simple it is to preserve and produce these wonderful tomato products.
