I have been invited for second time this year by Kas Wren (Wordsmith, Renovator, Airbnb Owner) of Wren and Whippet to attend her current renovated 112 year old cottage in Coolah, Central NSW for an Italian Lunch. I am so looking forward to cooking and baking Italian fare with Kas for the locals of Coolah.

Description

I have been invited by Kas Wren (Wordsmith, Renovator, Airbnb Owner) of Wren and Whippet  for a second time this year; to cook & bake in her renovated 112 year old cottage in Coolah, Central NSW for an Italian Lunch. I am so looking forward to cooking and baking Italian fare with Kas and the locals in and around Coolah.

Angela Palermo, founder & teacher of The Village Cooks, trained as a pastry chef and has worked for the likes of Rachel Grisewood, Sam Marineve, Lorraine Godsmark, and Andy Bunn.

Her cooking and baking is heavily influenced by her Italian heritage and growing up in a family that grew its own food and created dishes from their own produce. Angela shares her love of simple, home-style cooking & baking with students at her cooking school, The Village Cooks, & teaches Pasta Classes at Cornersmith, Sydne
